Oaks Kids believes that children are a gift from the Lord. We exist to help them grow from acorns into oaks of righteousness by planting them in truth, watering them with the Word, and pointing them to the light of Christ so that God may be glorified.
What to expect if you are new
Our classrooms are broken up by age. We have the following classrooms available:
Nursery- Birth-18 months
Toddler- 18 months- 2years old
Preschool- 3-5 years old
Elementary- Kindergarten- 5th grade.
When you arrive, you can make your way to the Oaks Kids check in desk located right outside the elementary and preschool classrooms. Our friendly volunteers will help you register your child and give you a security code that you will use for pick-up. They will direct you to the right classrooms and make sure you have all the information you and your child will need.
If for any reason we need to contact you during the service, we will display the security code given to you on one of the screens in the worship center.
Safety
Here at Oaks the safety of your children is our top priority. All of our volunteers have gone through a screening process of applications, background checks and training.
Curriculum
Our desire at Oaks is to partner together with parents in the training of their children according to the scriptures to lead them to a deeper life with Christ.
We aim to do this by providing age-appropriate environments, classes, and events that introduce children to Biblical teaching, worship, small groups and service. The curriculum we are using is called Bibles Studies for Life.
